Our team
Caitlin Mordan, LPC
My passion is working to build authentic connection with my clients in order to build the trust that is necessary for them to face whatever they bring into the counseling office. I strive to show my clients that their own unique quirks, sense of humor, and experiences can help to create the story that they want for their lives and that they can find some fun along the way.
Caitlin specializes primarily in adolescents and athletes with eating disorders, as well as personality disorders and high achieving adolescents. Caitlin’s clients will utilize a blend of RO-DBT, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy skills as they empower themselves on this journey to recovery.

Kari D’Amato, LPC
“My counseling practice takes a multiculturally-competent approach to empower individuals to achieve their goals while supporting lasting positive change in their lives.” My focus is helping adolescents and adults struggling with issues of anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. I can also help with trauma recovery, self-harm behaviors, self-esteem development and sexual orientation identity growth. Using the cognitive behavioral therapy-derived therapy acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), along with mindfulness, and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), my goal is to become an ally to clients as they identify their personal values and utilize new tools and techniques to achieve their goals. I am trained in Brainspotting and my clients have found success using this method. Currently, I am gaining knowledge in sandtray therapy, EMDR, and polyvagal theory.
In life and in my practice, I am passionate about social justice causes such as LGBTQ+ rights, racism, women’s rights, and environmental protection. I strive to meet people “where they are” with nothing but respect and without judgement. I hope to never stop learning and striving to create a positive difference in the lives of my clients and in my community.

I want to join you in building a world full of connected, alive, brave people. With over 10 years experience as a therapist, and a constant curiosity about the world, I can support you in a way that honors your worldview, provides grounded support, and clears a path for unshakable healing. We will have gentle conversations about emotions and difficult conversations about the harmful oppression of patriarchal, capitalistic, colonial, puritan, ableist, heteronormative, white supremacist (and so on) culture and its impact on your life. I will diligently advocate for open communication with the vital parts of yourself that you have lost touch with. We will explore the things that feel too ambiguous to name, much less learn from. That is where the magic happens. I am here to help you feel fully connected. As a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider, I want to uncover an understanding of your thoughts, feelings, body and behaviors. We will build support not just for your mind but also for your whole self. I want to help you build healthy relationships with yourself, friends, family and the world as it is today. These efforts will allow healing from the untouched past. We will carefully unblock and unpack your lived experience and apply slow intentional work to create a new frame work. Custom built for you. You will learn new skills along the way. I am not the Oz behind the curtain, and you will know exactly how to recreate this magic whenever life throws you the next curve ball, as it always does.

KRISTIN TERREL, LPC, MEd, ncc
I believe effective therapy is rooted in the genuine and collaborative relationship between client and therapist. I work from an integrative person centered focus that is trauma-informed and draws from attachment, emotion-focused, mindfulness, EMDR, and psychodynamic theories to provide personalized therapy to meet your unique needs.
Together, We will explore the impact of the past on your current life, sense of self, and relationship with others. My desire is to help you feel supported, empowered, and inspired to move forward at your own pace and create the life you desire. Sessions are individually tailored to support your journey.
I am accepting new clients and offer individual counseling to teens, young adults, and women. Whatever your reason for seeking out therapy, I would love to journey alongside you and help you move from a place of survival to thriving. You do not need to walk through life feeling alone. Your story and feelings are safe here. Allow me to help you.
